Phoenix Art Museum is featuring a collection from artist legend Andy Warhol, March 4 – June 21. Admission costs just $12 – $15. The exhibit will feature Warhol’s work from the 1950s, photo-booth portraits from the 60s, and celebrity portraits in the 70s and 80s. Warhol is famous for his fascination with celebrities and fame, which is reflected in his portraits of icons like Marilyn Monroe and Prince. The exhibit features more than 200 works of art, as well as unseen sketches from school.

Even 25 years after his death, Warhol remains one of the most influential contemporary artists. His timeless work blurs the line between high and low art with colorful hues that are often replicated by other artists. The collection comes from the Andy Warhol Museum in Pittsburg, and now it’s right here in Phoenix!
